Transport To and From the Wedding Venue

We have a coach booked to take people from the Excalibur hotel to The Stirling Club in time for the wedding, and returning people to Excalibur at the end of the day.

Pickup Time: 1:45 PM

Pickup Location: Rotunda entrance of Excalibur.
 

Approximate Timeline

1:45 PM - Coach departs Excalibur to take people to the wedding venue

2:00 PM - Guests begin arriving
2:30 PM - Ceremony (indoors)
3:00 PM - Cocktail hour and photos (outside by the pool)
4:00 PM - Couples entrance, first dance, and speeches

4:30 PM - Pool-party! There will be casual food stations and an open bar available for most of the rest of the reception.
9:00 PM - Official Wedding ends
9:30 PM - Optional wedding after-party! Those who want to can join us in heading to the Las Vegas strip to keep the party going.

The average high in late May is around 90°F (32°C), but it can get over 100°F (40°C). The average low is around 66°F (19°C).

Dress Code & Theme

Come as you are! Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, whether that's enjoying getting dressed up in your best for a wedding or more casual (especially given the heat).

 

We expect the ceremony to be more traditional. It's indoors, and the wedding party will be wearing pretty standard, formal wedding attire. The reception will have a much more casual pool party vibe. We will be changing into swimming attire during dinner to start the pool party in earnest, so bring swimwear if you'd like to join in!

The decor for the wedding has a very slight country and western theme with a neon Vegas twist, but mostly it's a pool party! The color scheme (to the degree that there is one!) is turquoise, white, and brown, with a splash of neon pink. But don't feel any need to match the theme unless you really want to.

Optional After-Party

For anyone who wants to join us, Kerry and Larissa are going to put their wedding outfits back on after the pool party (changing at the Stirling Club), and continue the celebration as bride and groom in the bars and casinos near Excalibur!💃 You can either come with us straight from the Stirling Club or go back to your hotel room to change and meet us later.
